Gloria’s Christmas Posole Stew recipe:
1 pkg. Gloria’s posole mix
2 # chicken or pork cubed
3 qts water or chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped onion, 2 garlic clove, dash oregano
Combine all with seasoning packet, cook over medium hear for 3-4 hours
(or overnight in crockpot on low) until tender.
Add more water or chicken broth as needed, salt to taste
Serve with warm tortills or sopapillas.
